OverviewBatteries Plus, the nation's largest and fastest-growing battery, light bulb, and device repair franchise, is seeking customer-focused, tech-savvy, and motivated individuals to join our team.We are seeking a Full-Time employee, but we will consider part-time for the person with cell phone repair experience.We are looking for someone that has experience with Screen and Battery Replacements/repairs for both Samsung and Apple Smartphones.As a Cell phone Repair/Sales Associate you will pleasantly engage customers to understand their needs, and then provide knowledge and expertise to recommend solutions.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & SalesGreet and assist retail and commercial customers with battery, bulb, and accessory needsRecommend solutions and educate customers on our products and servicesSuggest add-on items and upsell where appropriateAnswer phones and handle POS transactions with accuracySupport local commercial sales effortsTechnical ServicesInstall and test batteries in vehicles, devices, and equipmentRepair smartphones, tablets, and other electronics (screens, batteries, ports, etc.)Cut keys and reprogram automotive key fobsLearn and apply troubleshooting techniques with hands-on guidanceStore OperationsMaintain store cleanliness and merchandising standardsStock shelves, rotate inventory, and build product displaysOpen and close the store including drawer counts and daily reportingParticipate in inventory control and loss prevention proceduresAssist with deliveries and light facility maintenanceWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalent6+ months of prior work experience Strong communication and interpersonal skillsSales aptitude and customer service focusMechanical or technical inclinationAbility to lift 50+ lbs and use small tools and electronic testing equipmentWhat We Offer:Competitive base pay depending on experience + bonus opportunitiesFlexible scheduling (ideal for students, parents, or second job seekers)Bonus Plans & Employee DiscountsLeadership development and growth paths within the company
