HF Sinclair is seeking a Crude Oil Scheduler in Dallas, TX. This role conducts complex assignments for the scheduling department for HF Sinclair under limited supervision. Job duties include scheduling and coordinating daily and monthly crude oil movements on assigned transportation carriers and into assigned refineries and at all trading points, including bulk and lease purchasing. The role also involves monitoring assigned crude inventories, working with refinery personnel to manage tank levels, and providing timely responses during unplanned situations. The scheduler serves as backup to other schedulers within the organization's scheduling group and analyzes bill of lading and batch ticket information to resolve measurement and quality disagreements with customers and stakeholders.
Experience: A minimum of five years of job-related and industry experience is required. Education Level: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field is required. Required Skills include the ability to perform a variety of assignments, multi-task, and communicate effectively both written and verbally. Preferred Skills include SAP SD/MM, TSW knowledge.
Work Conditions: Office-based with up to 30% travel by land and air required. Subject to all weather and varying road conditions.
