About the Role

Private Banking at Revolut will aim to build long-term relationships with individuals across the globe. From prospecting to acquisition and activation, our teams own client relationships, solve complex problems, and help more customers discover the value of Revolut with a sharp, solution-oriented approach.

We're looking for a Market Head to drive our commercial and strategic agenda in France. You'll have full P&L accountability, set market strategy, and represent Revolut with senior stakeholders and HNW clients.

Your focus will be on improving performance across Private Banking Managers rather than running a book.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning aggregate net new money and assets under management growth across your market, against annual targets
• Supporting wider EEA expansion by sharing playbooks, coverage models, and lessons learned with new and scaling markets
• Building and leading a team of Private Banking Managers, overseeing their performance, and enabling them to balance their book of clients
• Setting the roadmap for coverage expansion, converting early-stage pipeline into tracked, live performance metrics
• Rebalancing client portfolio assignments across teams based on coverage rights, regulatory scope, and language coverage
• Using frontline conversion data and market insight to continuously refine lead allocation and routing logic
• Partnering closely with Compliance and Risk to manage local regulatory requirements and entity-level suitability standards
• Running transparent lead assignment governance, including exception tracking and resolution of cross-team conflicts

What You'll Need

• 10+ years of senior performance in private banking, wealth management, or institutional client coverage
• A proven track record of managing managers and leading distributed, target-carrying advisory operations
• Expertise navigating local financial regulatory architectures, distribution frameworks, and client protection protocols
• In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and distribution landscape in France, including AMF/ACPR frameworks and client protection/suitability obligations
• Local financial licences and certifications required for this role type in France
• Strategic capability across pipeline management, sales process governance, and multi-stakeholder leadership
• A data-driven management approach, using CRM metrics and trend analysis to forecast inflows and guide coaching priorities
• The credibility and presence to engage authoritatively with UHNW clients, family offices, and complex asset structures
• An AMF certification
• Fluency in English and French

Nice to Have

• A CFA Charterholder, CAIA, or equivalent post-qualification credential
• Familiarity with private market structures and specialised investor categorisation parameters
• Fluency in additional languages

Compensation Range

• Italy: 87,300 - 97,000 gross annually*
• Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
