Base pay range

$70,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

Job Summary

This position is responsible for designing and developing materials to support business development, with emphasis on offering memorandums, presentations, and print and digital collateral required for proposals and presentations.

Main Responsibilities

• Create, design, and edit materials including print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics / covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphics / charts, and bound books
• Apply professional graphic design principles and develop innovative ideas to support business development
• Manage complex projects from concept through completion
• Provide design advice and guidance to deal teams; translate verbal and written input into compelling graphic illustrations
• Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns
• Create designs that align with both deal team / client preferences and JLL branding standards
• Stay current on design software advancements and marketing / design trends both within and outside the real estate industry
• Apply new concepts to enhance presentation quality and effectiveness
• Demonstrate initiative by proactively identifying needs and assisting team members
• Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Other duties as assigned
