Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment
• Conduct quality inspections on the processing line per quality specifications
• Work within clearly defined SOPs and adhere to quality guidelines
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Work flexible/overtime hours when requested due to business needs

Experience Required

• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing assembly experience required
• Solid work history of at least 1–2 years with a previous employer required (no frequent job changes)

Skills & Certifications

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
• Basic math calculation skills
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must have reliable transportation
• No drug screening required for this assignment
• Background check must be completed before starting
• Able to lift or move at least 50 lbs occasionally
• Willing to work flexible/extended hours as needed
