We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Human Resources Manager who demonstrates strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities are essential to effectively partner with site leadership and cultivate a positive work culture. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is preferred. A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including significant exposure to employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance within a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment. Minimum of 3 years experience serving as a HRBP or HR leader. Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals in fast-paced, operational settings. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change, foster inclusive workplaces, and manage complex employee relations issues. Competence in utilizing HRIS systems and workforce analytics to drive data-informed decisions. High degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling confidential information. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
