Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support software quality initiatives through automated testing, API validation, system integration testing, and collaboration with cross-functional technical and business teams.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test automation, API testing, CI/CD, Agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices. This role will also leverage AI-assisted development and testing technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve testing efficiency, defect analysis, and overall QA processes.

Required Qualifications / Must-Haves

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or related testing disciplines.
• Hands-on experience designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions.
• Strong experience with API testing, API validation, and system integration testing.
• Experience building, enhancing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
• Experience using AI-based productivity tools and Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve software testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and modern software delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, defect lifecycle management, and Agile development.
• Experience identifying, documenting, tracking, and validating software defects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests for applications, APIs, services, and system components.
• Perform API validation and integration testing using appropriate testing tools and methodologies.
• Build, enhance, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks.
• Expand automated test coverage while reducing dependency on manual testing.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Leverage AI-assisted development and testing tools to accelerate test creation, analyze defects, generate test scenarios, and optimize QA processes.
• Validate system integrations and data flows across applications and services.
• Identify, document, prioritize, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
• Participate in release validation and contribute to overall release readiness and system stability.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to incorporate quality considerations throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to improve application quality and reliability.
• Contribute to QA standards, automation best practices, reusable testing components, and continuous process improvements.
