We're hiring a Clinic Manager who wants to lead a dedicated healthcare team while improving patient access, operational excellence, and community health.
You'll step into an outpatient leadership role focused on overseeing daily clinic operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and staff development. You'll have the autonomy to lead clinic operations while ensuring patients receive efficient, high-quality care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule
No routine night or weekend calls (after-hours availability for operational emergencies only)
Lead a team of 20 employees, including 2 providers

Competitive salary of $80,000-$100,000 based on experience

Base salary: $80,000-$100,000
