We are looking for Call Center Representatives with a genuine hunger to succeed paired with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Dont worry if you dont have the experience, we will teach you the skills needed for success.

Additional requirements for this role include :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Preferred 1-2 years experience in customer service
• Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
• General office skills and knowledge of standard office equipment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
• US citizenship required, work sponsorship unavailable

The incumbent must be able to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as copier and fax machines.

The incumbent must be able to finger, grasp, feel, see, sit, hear, and speak. This position is sedentary in nature with minimal lifting requirements.

The incumbent works in an office environment that is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extreme noise. Routine periods of being on the phone utilizing a headset, sitting and data keying are required. Security and privacy training will be provided as part of this role to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PCS employee and customer data.
