If you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.
Let’s face it, nobody cares about a common, puffed-up job description about how great we are.
So, let’s make this about you.
It’s about you doing work that is not impactful to you.
It’s about you desiring something more challenging, but you’re too busy with ‘work’ to go find it.
It’s about you caring enough about your career to read this post to the end before applying.
It’s about you not really aligning with your company’s values in a way that allows you to thrive personally and professionally.
…And it’s about you tackling really hard challenges that lead to win-win outcomes for yourself, the company, and the customers you serve.
In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of taking bold, innovative snack and food concepts from wild idea to store shelf. As a key player on our Growth Engine Team, you’ll be the connector between inspiration and execution. You’ll directly manage high-stakes relationships with national retail buyers and vendor partners, ensuring each product journey—from concept to crate—is flawless. This is not just about launching products; it’s about launching your career in a high-growth, family-owned company where your work actually shapes the future of what and how people eat.
Your role will empower you to own the full product lifecycle, from pitching to project managing factory production and monitoring post-launch sales performance. You’ll sharpen your skills across product development, sales, operations, and analytics—all in one job. And while others your age are stuck on corporate hamster wheels, you’ll be building a real, tangible career foundation in an environment that thrives on your curiosity, grit, and creativity.
You’re not just organized—you’re a structure-loving, system-building, planner-obsessed creative. You find joy in streamlining chaos and take pride in making sure every moving piece fits perfectly. You’re highly communicative and emotionally intelligent, which makes you great at juggling multiple stakeholders and personalities. Your curiosity is matched only by your drive—you thrive in 12-hour hustle days when you’re growing and building something meaningful.
You’re fluent in productivity tools like Google Sheets and Airtable, and maybe even a little obsessed with using software to optimize how you plan and track your work. You understand the basics of pricing, are analytically sharp, and not afraid to dig into market data. You’re comfortable crafting presentations in PowerPoint and know your way around project management tools like ClickUp. You're equally ready to strategize big moves and dive into the operational weeds to make it all happen.
We’re looking for high-potential, entry-level candidates who have demonstrated grit, intellect, and excellence through high school, college, or a first job. You must have a natural curiosity, a love for food culture (especially snacks), and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment where you can learn across functions. If you’ve ever kept a running list of restaurants to try, launched a creative side project for fun, or found joy in color-coding your calendar—this is your place. We’re not looking for perfection; we’re looking for passion, potential, and the kind of hustle that turns opportunity into impact.
At our core, we’re about _you_. We believe the best companies are built by empowering individuals to thrive. We don’t just hire for a role—we build platforms for careers. At Red Kite, you won’t just do the work, you’ll shape how the work is done.
