Reports to:Tenant Education Program Coordinator
Department:Community Outreach ServicesOffice: Preserving Housing
Status:Part Time (Non-Exempt)
Summary:(Briefly describe this position and how it relates to the general goals of your office and the Mission of Catholic Charities).
Responsible for providing support to the clients of the CCCS Workforce Development program in all matters related to the training of clients for the purpose of connecting them to employment opportunities. This position works directly with participants to assess career goals, strengthen job search skills, develop employment plans, and connect individuals to workforce resources, training opportunities, and employment opportunities. Incumbents in this classification are expected to engage in activities that will directly empower individuals to achieve financial independence and long-term success.

This is a part-time position. Days and hours of work are generally 9:00 AM to 5 PM Monday - Friday. Additional hours may be required to meet program deadlines.
