Contract Management
Contract Management is accountable for creating and maintaining vendor chargeback contracts, customer attachment to chargeback contracts, analyzing chargeback cost changes from manufacturer partners, and working cross functionally to provide actionable insights related to vendor chargeback contracts. Responsibilities include maintaining vendor chargeback contracts for at-Home Solutions, working cross functionally with the Sourcing and Portfolio teams to maintain accurate vendor correspondence, analyzing the impact of vendor cost changes and working with appropriate parties to ensure consensus on go forward plans, and ensuring that vendor chargeback contract data and customer attachment are within defined compliance guidelines. Additionally, it involves understanding current data, processes, and availability, leveraging current system processes and existing data to achieve desired benefits, communicating complex information so that it is easy to understand and influencing others, and performing validation and testing to confirm the accuracy of the information created.
Qualifications include 2+ years of contracts experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, in a variety of settings.
What is expected of you and others at this level includes applying working knowledge in the application of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks, working on projects of moderate scope and complexity, identifying possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and taking action to resolve, applying judgment within defined parameters, receiving general guidance and may receive more detailed instruction on new projects, and work reviewed for sound reasoning and accuracy.
The anticipated salary range is $57,000-$73,440.
