Vice President of Professional Services

A company is looking for a Vice President of Professional Services to lead and innovate within their global services team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of over 150 global professionals in delivering implementation and ongoing services to a diverse customer base

Drive innovation in service delivery and develop new service offerings while optimizing a multi-year vision and strategy for Professional Services

Ensure financial performance through balanced P&L management and act as a strategic partner across various departments

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in services delivery within a $300M+ SaaS company, preferably in a multi-product environment

10+ years of experience in defining and evolving delivery methodologies in a Professional Services context

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent discipline; MBA preferred

Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Ability to influence at the C-Suite level and manage globally distributed teams effectively
