Position Overview :

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Manage and oversee commercial lines accounts, including processing renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals, quotes, and policy renewals to clients.
• Provide support and guidance to clients regarding policy coverage, risk management, and claims handling.
• Collaborate closely with the production and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell additional products.
• Process new policies, renewals, and changes to existing policies, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and coverage options to offer clients the best solutions.
• Utilize industry-specific software, including Applied / Epic and CSR24, to manage accounts and process transactions.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications :

• At least five years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a strong understanding of industry practices and terminology.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using Applied / Epic (Agency Management Software) and CSR24 (Certificate Processing Software) is a plus.
• Current Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
