Job description
We're seeking a dependable and organized Remote Travel Admin Specialist to manage travel-related tasks, client information, and daily workflows. No previous travel experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain client information, records, and travel documentation.
- Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Organize booking details and keep information current.
- Communicate with clients and team members via email and online platforms.
- Track deadlines and outstanding tasks.
- Support day-to-day administrative and travel coordination.
- Use digital tools and systems to maintain organized workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently from a remote location.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Reliable computer and internet connection.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Mexico, Spain, or eligible Latin American countries.
Preferred Experience
