Employee Assistance Program.Training and development opportunities with a growing, family-owned company.Your Role:Working with residential drivers, as well as other drivers to schedule same-day and next-day services.Perform receptionist duties, which include answering phones, taking messages, providing customer assistance, and transferring calls.Keep the immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his/her attention.Schedule appointments and update calendars as necessary.File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports.Maintain an accurate file system promptly.Meet and greet clients and visitors.Facilitate driver check-in.Perform required data entry and minor customer service responsibilities.Work all assigned shifts from the scheduled start time to the scheduled end time.Take an active role in improving safety and health in the workplace.Participate in required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings.Maintain reasonable, regular, punctual attendance consistent with Company policies, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and other federal, state, and local standards.Adapts to changing duties, as required, based on business needs.Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide immediate directions to drivers.Acts as primary supervisor to handle minor problems.Recommend discipline to managers.Interacts with drivers throughout the workday to ensure routes are done most efficiently while maintaining an acceptable level of customer satisfaction.Your Skills: Ability to multitask.Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-stress environment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to react quickly.Creativity.Requirements:Demonstrated oral and written skills.At least 1 year in a high-stress, fast-paced office environment.Experience with Microsoft Office.Physical Demands:Listed below are key points regarding the job's environmental demands and work environment.
