Vanguard Executive Partners helps major companies find new customers. We are looking for energetic, hard-working people to join our team in Dearborn. No sales experience? No problem. We provide full, paid, hands-on training from day one.
What You Will Do
- Talk to Customers: Speak directly with potential customers to explain products, answer questions, and make sales.
- Learn the Products: Attend daily morning meetings to learn about our clients and build your sales skills.
- Help People Sign Up: Walk customers through the signup process from start to finish.
- Hit Team Goals: Work hard to hit simple daily and weekly sales targets.
What We Are Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus, but not required).
- Background in retail, customer service, or restaurant work is helpful, but not required.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability and a strong desire to learn and earn more money.
- Must live locally with reliable transportation to our Dearborn office.
