Job Title: Sr. Cobol Developer with SAS
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio 45227 (Onsite)
Duration: Long term Contract
Required skills:
Base SAS Programmer, CICS COBOL, COBOL, Dev, QA, File Transfer Protocol (FTP), IBM MVS Z/OS, JCL, Platform Engineering - Mainframe and Wealth & Asset Management
Required Experience: 8+ years
Required skillset:
Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems or comparable with 8+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of TSO and Mainframe technology
Experience with COBOL, CICS, SAS and MQ
Experience with AmTrust accounting system.
Background in Wealth and Asset Management preferred.
Knowledge of functional software design
Knowledge of software development best practices
Prior experience with knowledge of Git and GitHub
Understanding of Software Development Methodologies
Strong problem solving skills
Strong collaboration skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
