Job Description:
- Learn and work with RPA Genie and Genie Studio, including workflows and commonly used activities.
- Understand RPA Genie architecture, modules, and technical concepts.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Product teams.
- Follow SOPs, coding standards, and documentation practices.
- Assist with log analysis, incident troubleshooting, and support ticket handling.
- Develop basic skills in HTML and PowerShell ISE.
- Document learnings, issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
- Provide timely task updates and communication to team leads and managers.
- Learn and test NuGet packages used in RPA Genie through sample workflows.
