Delaware Licensed Clinical Supervisor

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor - LCSW - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians, including weekly group and individual supervision

Maintain a clinical caseload of 15-25 client sessions per week

Oversee documentation and coaching on professional and clinical development for resident clinicians

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted LCSW license

Must reside in the state where supervision is provided

Meets state regulatory requirements for providing supervision

Must have been a clinician with the company for at least 3 months

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
