At Alto Neuroscience, you will play a pivotal role in advancing precision psychiatry and improving how mental health disorders are treated. Join us in building the next generation of personalized neuroscience-based therapeutics.
This role is equal parts recruiter, project manager, and trusted advisor; someone who keeps hiring teams organized, candidates informed, and the recruitment process moving forward. You will build strong relationships, create an exceptional candidate experience, and bring structure to hiring initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings a strong recruiting background within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences organizations and is comfortable balancing recruiting execution with day-to-day HR support.
As the quarterback of the hiring process, you'll partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting agencies to drive searches from kickoff through offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Success in this role requires strong organization, sound judgement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: $65.00 - $80.00/hour
