Position: Telehealth Nurse

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Telehealth Nurse to join our growing team. The Telehealth Nurse will be responsible for providing virtual nursing care to patients through video, phone, and online communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong clinical knowledge, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide nursing care through telehealth technology
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients on their health conditions, medications, and treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families
- Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on telehealth practices and technology
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience with telehealth technology and virtual patient care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus
