As a Front of House Lead, you'll work alongside our management team to learn more about running successful shifts, coaching employees, handling guest concerns, making operational decisions, and leading a team. You'll have the opportunity to continue working Server and/or Bartender shifts while also working Lead shifts to develop and strengthen your leadership skills. This is an opportunity to continue earning in the roles you already know while intentionally building toward your next step. If management is your goal, we want to help you get there!
We will work with you to create an individual development plan focused on the skills and experience you need to become a successful Spinato's manager. You'll receive hands-on coaching and opportunities to develop in areas such as:
