LPN or RN needed for 1 : 1 care for a young adult client in S. Seattle.
Day and night shifts available up to Full-Time
Alliance Nursing provides critical nursing services called private duty nursing to infants, children and adults with complex medical and developmental conditions who may require mechanical ventilation to breathe, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.
Nurses will be clinically competent while delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and documentation.
Nurses will effectively interact with patients, families and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing.

This type of nursing requires excellent assessment skills, nursing judgment, and the ability to act quickly to any change of condition.

Basic Qualifications :
- Current Washington State Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse license without restrictions RN or LPN
- Current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State
