Pre-Need Sales Counselor
A well-established, family-owned Death Care Company is seeking a Pre-Need Sales Counselor to join their growing team! We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our growing funeral and direct cremation team. If you're a self-starter who enjoys networking, building trust, and helping families plan ahead, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Generate pre-need sales through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
- Meet with families to discuss pre-planning and direct cremation options.
- Build relationships with referral sources and community partners.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (funeral service, insurance, or other consultative sales).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
