The Quality Manager will lead quality assurance and quality control activities across precision gear manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and internal performance objectives.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in gear and gearbox manufacturing, including the unique inspection and process-control requirements associated with precision gear production.
