What you\'ll do

A day in the life.

As our Talent Acquisition Consultant , you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, making sure we find the best talent for our teams across multiple offices. You will work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to fill open roles with top candidates. You will focus on developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies that help us attract and hire great people, as well as maintain a pipeline of both active and passive candidates, so we're ready for future hiring needs.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 – 5 years' experience in full cycle recruiting in a fast paced, professional environment.
• Experience in sales, insurance or financial services recruitment
