Compensation : $45–$50 per hour
Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Talent Partner to lead full lifecycle recruiting, talent advancement, and strategic workforce initiatives within a global organization. This role plays a key part in driving business success through effective talent acquisition and internal talent development. The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter with a passion for building relationships, coaching others, and optimizing talent strategies across multiple functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Strategy & Business Partnership
- Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand business goals, workforce plans, and talent challenges.
- Provide insights on market trends, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning to inform long-term talent initiatives.
- Identify and attract top talent—both internally and externally—to meet current and future business needs.
Talent Advancement & Development
Champion internal mobility by identifying and promoting internal career and development opportunities.Conduct internal searches, prepare talent lists, and facilitate cross-functional moves.Coach and support managers and employees on career development activities and advancement paths.Conduct talent assessments and provide feedback to candidates to support growth and development.Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Partner closely with hiring managers to design sourcing strategies, leveraging social media and digital tools.Screen, interview, and assess candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience.Collaborate with HR operations teams to ensure smooth coordination, job postings, and offer processing.Process Improvement & Reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement of talent acquisition and advancement processes.Participate in the design and implementation of new systems, tools, and global or regional initiatives.Ensure compliance with HR policies, local labor laws, and data privacy standards.Analyze recruitment data and provide reports on hiring activity and metrics to leadership.Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.Minimum 5+ years of professional HR or recruitment experience within a global organization, RPO, or similar environment.Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening to offer and close.Workday experience highly preferred.Strong strategic thinking with knowledge of global talent trends and workforce planning.Experience leveraging digital and social media for recruitment.Proven ability to partner with and influence senior leaders across cultures and functions.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, resilient, and adaptable; able to work autonomously within a global team environment.Fluency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages a plus.Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Statement
