Compensation:$75,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Guide clients through the home buying and selling process with confidence and clarity.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify properties that align with clients' needs and budgets.
- Prepare and present compelling marketing materials to showcase properties effectively.
- Negotiate favorable terms for clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes in every transaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NC real estate market trends and regulations to provide informed advice.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for mutual success and growth in the market.
Qualifications:- Must have NC real estate license.
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
