Job description

Sally is a neighborhood restaurant in Fitler Square focused on wood fired sourdough pizza and natural wine.  We are seeking a new line cook to join our team.  Current available shifts are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.  Shifts are regularly 3pm through close.

  • At least 2 year of experience on a high volume station.
  • Basic proficiency in sauce-making, knife skills, meat-cooking, and time management.

    • The role :

  • Working a station and expediting food.
  • Contributing to a kitchen meeting standard levels of cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepping all the items on station
