Harper’s Garden is gearing up for the fall / winter and holiday season. With over 300 indoor and outdoor seats for dining and events, Harper’s Garden is located off Rittenhouse Square and boasts beautiful decor, seasonal menus, creative cocktails and has quickly become a dining destination for brunch, lunch, dinner and private events.
Harper’s Garden is looking for an Experienced Line Cook. High volume experience is required. Cooks will be responsible for daily turnout of station, prep for station, and general maintenance of station.
Responsibilities
Set up and break down assigned station; maintain par / prep according to SOPs
Cook and plate dishes to spec and ticket times during high-volume service
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols; maintain a clean station
Assist with receiving, labeling, and organized storage
Communicate proactively with the kitchen team and leadership
Qualifications
1–2 years line experience in a high-volume kitchen (or strong prep / fry / grill experience)
Solid knife skills and familiarity with standard kitchen equipment
Ability to follow recipes and station guides precisely
ServSafe or equivalent a plus; weekend / holiday availability required
Bilingual English / Spanish a plus
