Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established recipes and menus
Ensure timely meal service and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Collaborate with dietary staff to develop and implement menus that meet resident dietary needs and preferences
Maintain accurate records of food inventory, ordering, and storage
Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and repairs
