$90,000 - $105,000 a year Here at Buck Mason we believe in transparency and fairness, especially when it comes to compensation. On target first year earnings: $90,000-$105,000 ($85,000- $95,000 base salary + an annual bonus of no less than 2% of your stores net profit).
