The American Indian College Fund is dedicated to transforming lives and communities by increasing access to higher education for Native students. As the largest and highest-rated American Indian nonprofit organization, the Fund has provided over $237.1 million to support tribal college education. Empowering more than 4,000 Native students annually, the organization supports not only scholarships but also funding for tribally controlled colleges and cultural preservation activities. By addressing educational needs from early childhood to career placement, the College Fund fosters opportunities for success and growth within American Indian communities.
The College Fund is looking for an HR business partner, employee relations to support a fair, consistent, and values-aligned employee experience through employee relations, workplace investigations, onboarding, org-wide people trainings, employee engagement, and manager and employee guidance.
The team: Our people operations team is made up of learning & development, HR, and building & facilities. We collaborate to create a workplace where our staff is supported in their experience, work, and development.
