Lead Site Manager For Multifamily Developments

Job Description
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets quality standards. Communicate effectively with project stakeholders and provide regular updates. Oversee site logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.

The Successful Applicant
Required Experience: Lead Superintendent experience on multifamily projects. Proven ability to run ground-up projects from start to finish. Experience with large-scale multifamily developments. Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills. Ability to independently lead field operations. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Experience: Garden-Style Multifamily. Wood-Frame Construction. Urban Infill Developments. Large Residential Communities. Multifamily Projects Valued at $20M+.
