Optum is seeking a NP HouseCalls Statewide Traveler - Full Time to join our HouseCalls team in Nebraska. Optum is a clinician-led care organization, that is creating a seamless health journey for patients across the care continuum.

As a member of the broader Home and Community Care team, you'll provide annual clinical assessments to patients in the comfort of their homes. This important preventive care helps identify and reduce health risks for patients, in addition to coordinating appropriate follow-up care to improve health and well-being.

HouseCalls Nurse Practitioners conduct in-home health assessments on enrolled Medicare Advantage members. A HouseCalls Nurse Practitioner will complete visits on members within a geographic area of responsibility. The nature of the HouseCalls visit can vary and could include performing an annual health assessment, a post discharge visit, or visiting more complex members more than once per year.

This role requires travel across the entire state of Nebraska. All travel expenses are covered, and there is likewise a base salary plus multiple incentives.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
