Job description

Job Description:

  • A highly independent consultant who can engage directly with business stakeholders challenge existing processes provide objective recommendations and translate treasury and Kyriba expertise into measurable business outcomes.

Role Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Kyriba Consultant to perform an independent assessment of a clients current Kyriba environment and recommend improvements to forecasting accuracy reporting effectiveness cash visibility governance and operational efficiency.
  • The consultant will work closely with business and treasury stakeholders to evaluate the current state identify gaps and develop a roadmap for optimization and future enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the Kyriba platform including configuration processes integrations reporting and user adoption
  • Review cash forecasting models and recommend improvements to increase forecast accuracy and reliability
  • Analyze treasury operations cash management liquidity management bank connectivity payments and reporting processes
  • Assess current reports dashboards and analytics capabilities and identify opportunities for enhanced business insights
  • Evaluate existing governance controls operational workflows and best practice alignment
  • Review integrations with ERP banking and other upstream downstream systems
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with treasury finance accounting and business stakeholders
  • Document current state findings pain points risks and improvement opportunities
  • Develop short-term and long-term recommendations including implementation roadmap effort estimates and business benefits
  • Present assessment findings and executive level recommendations to business and IT leadership.
