Key Responsibilities :

• Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing detailed information about programs and services.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for beauty services and other university offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and communications.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20 / hr.
