Associate Software Developer (DevSupport)

The Position :   The Associate Software Developer - DevSupport position is responsible for supporting the ISNetworld application. As a member of ISN’s Product team, you will be exposed to managing tickets, using SQL to identify root causes of issues and troubleshoot as needed.

Who should apply?

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Knowledge of T-SQL; writing queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Working knowledge of web development (ASP.NET web forms, MVC, C# or VB.NET a plus)
• Basic knowledge of performance tuning, query optimization, indexes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A passion for customer service
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
