Overview
We’re hiring a high output, execution‑first leader to quarterback the build and scale of five programs : Broker, White Label, Table Funding, Correspondent Lending, and Lender Finance. This role sits within the Sales Line of Business and is the connective tissue from vision to launch to scale. You’ll orchestrate cross‑functional workstreams, enforce accountability, and keep momentum high so each program is built to spec, on time, and ready to scale.
Our lending focus : Residential Transitional Loans (RTL) and Middle Market loans including ground‑up construction, fix and flip, renovation, and bridge loans.

Requirements
This is a hybrid position that requires in‑office reporting to Deephaven’s Charlotte, NC office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Remote work is optional Monday and Friday.
Compensation
The base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $140,000 per year, plus annual discretionary bonus based on performance of the individual and company.
