• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field is required
• 10+ years in quality assurance / control within metals manufacturing (foundry experience preferred), including 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing compliance, auditing, and quality systems
• Up to $140,000 base salary (depending on experience)
• Full-time, permanent W-2 employee
• Full benefits package
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
• 100% onsite role (no remote / hybrid)
• Located in the Milwaukee, WI area
