WHAT YOU'LL DO : The Area Associate Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for planning and executing advertising and promotion campaigns, public relations requirements.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
- Oversee social media accounts design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
- Promote Hotel Spero and The Marker Hotel with journalists to gain recognition and create awareness.
- Engage and Manage Social Campaigns including PPC
Qualifications ABOUT YOU
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- BS / MS degree
- Basic knowledge of website analytics tools / programs including Photoshop
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
- Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
