Ensure you have access to a valid email address Qualified applicants will receive a phone call to schedule an onsite interview Post Offer Background Check, Drug screen and Physical Exam requiredSummary: This position will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for staging, loading, and unloading finished product and raw materials as well as, stocking and maintaining warehouse inventory.Responsibilities:Stage finished product for loadingLoad finished product onto truck. Operate forklift and attachments safelyUnload raw materials from truck and move to warehouse storage.Move packaging waste to dumpsters and product waste to storage trailerResponsible for visual quality inspections of incoming and outgoing materials and finished products.Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs).Operate the Lantec Wrapper to complete finished palletsComplete daily logs including trailer inspections, incoming material inspections, forklift inspection, counts as requested, and readings per schedule.Process receiving transactionsProcess inventory transfers includingProcess shipping transactions to customer and to the corporate facility in BlufftonGeneral HousekeepingBe safe and alert at all timeProvide on-the-job training to new employeesCreate a positive work environment for co-workers & customersOther duties as assigned by supervisor or managementMinimum Qualifications:Forklift CertificationProficient in reading, writing and speaking EnglishGood overall communication skillsAbility to follow instructionsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds requiredThe Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
