Location: 100% Remote

Position Summary:

Seeking a senior-level Cybersecurity GRC professional to support a Security Issues Management program focused on risk reduction, process improvement, metrics reporting, and cloud transformation initiatives. This role will help drive remediation efforts, improve operational efficiency, support the migration from on-premises Archer to Archer SaaS, and leverage AI tools to enhance team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive remediation of cybersecurity risks, findings, and issue backlogs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase remediation throughput and operational efficiency.
• Support migration from on-prem Archer to Archer Cloud (SaaS) and related workflow improvements.
• Create executive-level metrics, dashboards, flowcharts, and PowerPoint presentations for leadership reporting.
• Analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend risk reduction strategies.
• Evaluate and leverage AI tools, including Copilot, to improve reporting, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders across security, risk, compliance, and technology teams to drive program objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Cybersecurity GRC, Risk Management, or Security Compliance experience.
• Demonstrated experience reducing risk and managing large remediation backlogs.
• Experience with process improvement and process implementation initiatives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience creating metrics, dashboards, reports, and workflow/process documentation.
• Exposure to cloud transformation or migration projects.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• High-energy team player with strong problem-solving abilities and learning aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Archer or Archer SaaS experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools.
• Power BI experience.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Security Issues Management or remediation program experience.
