Warranty Technician

Install Warranty Technician is responsible for working with Install clients that have warranty issues arise from time to time. Duties & Responsibilities Inform customers of all special promotions. Refine communication skills and improve customer satisfaction processes. Participate in training as requested.

Keep appointments with customers as scheduled. Must demonstrate field level application of knowledge and skills attained from all training provided.

Competencies for success Assertiveness, Customer Focus, Integrity, Problem Solving, Results Driven, Self-Motivated, Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability REQUIRED skills AND Desired skills Superior troubleshooting/diagnostic and repair skills for residential & light commercial equipment Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home NATE and EPA Certification is a PLUS Ability to use Company-furnished technology Valid driver’s license Detailed and Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal & communication skills Good writing skills EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 3+ years of experience in residential HVAC preferred 5+ years’ experience retail sales Physical Demands:

• Physical Demands: Must be physically able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and crouch for extended periods of time.

Ability to handle and climb ladders and to be able to navigate roof tops and tight spaces Work Environment:
