Position Overview
The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products according to order requirements
- Prepare, label, and stage orders for shipment
- Verify order accuracy before shipment
- Maintain organized workstations and inventory areas
- Assist with inventory counts and basic reporting
- Follow warehouse safety and quality procedures
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse or fulfillment experience a plus (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
