Job Title: Team Lead Bank Janitorial Floater (High-Travel Role)
Location: Detroit & Greater Metro Area (Multiple Locations Daily)
Shift: Monday through Saturday, evenings (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00AM OR LATER)
Status: Full-Time
The Reality of This Role
This is not a "one building, one shift" job. As a Supervisor, you are part of our emergency response team. You will be on the road for a significant portion of your shift, navigating through Detroit’s neighborhoods and the surrounding suburbs.
If you do not enjoy driving or do not have a vehicle you trust to handle 50–100+ miles an evening in Michigan weather, this is not the role for you.
