Bradford Painting, LLC is a locally owned painting and coatings business serving residential and commercial clients in the [New Philadelphia / Dover area]. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. As our business grows, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team and learn the painting trade.

Position Overview :

We are seeking Painting Laborers to assist with preparation, painting, and cleanup on a variety of projects. No previous painting experience is required—just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team. Experienced applicants are also welcome.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, power washing, caulking, masking, etc.).
• Assist with interior and exterior painting projects.
• Set up and clean up job sites daily.
• Handle tools, ladders, and equipment safely.
• Follow direction from crew leaders and project managers.
• Maintain professionalism and respect at job sites and with customers.

Our company is built on our fantastic customer referrals and retention for repeat business. I started in this trade in 2012. I was selling newspaper subscriptions door-to-door trying to provide for my family making nothing but commissions. The winter months were especially tough, so I decided to make a change and started working with a paint crew. I started Bradford Painting in March of 2015 in Akron, OH area before relocating to the Dover area.
