INVESTOR RELATIONS COORDINATOR

Job Summary
The Investor Relations Coordinator reports to the Chief Marketing Officer
and supports the Deal Team and the Marketing Department with the investor relations agenda and initiatives. The role manages the overall investor funnel process; ensures follow-up, communicates with potential investors, and coordinates activities to completion. This is a totally remote, full-time position, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. EST (New York time).
Duties / Responsibilities
- Supports the Marketing Dept. with various tasks relating to investor relations (liaison, sending requests, creating & participating in meetings etc.).
- Supports the Chief Marketing Officer with scheduling meetings and follow-up tasks.
- Supports the Deal Team with investor relations information
- Functions as liaison with pitching team and investors for all scheduling and follow up.
- Updates the pitching workbook ongoingly and ensures integrity is maintained for all contacts in the funnel.
- Prioritizes critical actions
- Manages and monitors the journey of each lead / investor.
- Monitors and maintains all functionalities within the pitching workbook.
- Coordinates data rooms creation, shares link and follows up with investors on access and additional support needed.
- Participates in funnel follow up meetings.
- Participates in weekly lead generation planning meetings.
- Captures and maintains lead generation promises
- Checks in with the pitching team and investors and responds to questions.
- Prepares and maintains the necessary documentation to onboard investors and pitch partners
- Stays up to date with industry trends, tools and best practices for investor relations.
- Must be responsive to direct feedback, coaching, and discovery
- Professional demeanor and appearance to present to investors and other stakeholders
- Committed to doing whole and complete work, to be detail oriented.
- Committed to being self-generating in being trained and developed in the Companys communication structure and culture

Required Skills / Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Impeccable integrity with respect to time management, fiscal responsibility, and team leadership.Must be authentic and have the grit and agility necessary to thrive in a start-up environment.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to pivot when needed to achieve goals.Proven ability to communicate with global executives and high net worth individualsExcellent skills in commitment to and compassion for employeesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent team leadership skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office pack, Teams and ClickUp.Proficient with technology, e.g. Microsoft, Teams, Canva, LucidCharts, ClickUp.Must have access to reliable internet with a minimum bandwidth of 3 Mbps.Must have a dedicated work computer with minimum Windows 10 or MacOS 13 and 8 gigabytes of RAM.Education and Experience
Bachelors degree and / or graduate degree preferred but not required.At least 1 year of previous investor relations coordinator experience preferred.Demonstrated lifelong learner and commitment to training and developing him / herself and others on the team.Proven leadership experience in a professional environment.Strategic mindset.Excellent communication skills.
