Job Opportunity – Case Manager (Acute Care) – Virginia

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Virginia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 13-week assignment, five 8-hour shifts per week, 2-3 weekends per contract (approximately every 4th weekend), must work 2 out of 3 winter holidays, 48 hours of orientation, patient caseload of approximately 30 patients

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in acute care hospital inpatient case management
• Must have either travel experience OR Epic charting experience (one or the other required)
• Current BLS certification required
• Active Virginia RN license or ability to obtain prior to start (pending licenses accepted, must be in hand by Wednesday before start date)
• Skills in care coordination, discharge planning, disease management, needs assessment/DME ordering, and plan of care development
• Flu vaccination required with no exemptions; COVID-19 vaccination not required
• BSN preferred
